She's following in the sexy footsteps of Rihanna and Katy Perry, who have both been seen lingering in lingerie at Paris Fashion Week this week.

Lily was at The Groucho Club in Soho last night with her brother Alfie and boyfriend Sam Cooper, who seems to be looking more and more like Ian Beale from EastEnders.
Katy and Rihanna kicked off the trend earlier this week, and we can't wait to see who's next.
