Kanye West has pulled a short film he stars in from his website — without any explanation. The R&B star, 32, teamed up with Oscar-winning director Spike Jonze, 39, to make the 11-minute film, called We Were Once A Fairytale.

Slammed: West at the MTV Awards

It shows West acting drunk in a nightclub and appearing to have sex with a woman, before staggering into the men's toilets. He then cuts open his stomach and pulls out a demon.

After posting the film online on Sunday, West mysteriously took it off yesterday, saying: “Sorry, I had to take it down.”

The star was slammed last month for his drunken outburst at the MTV Video Music Awards, when he interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech.
