Unkempt Katy has taken on a Brand new image

Katy Perry, who usually dresses to impress and changes her glam outfit every 20 minutes, seems to be taking fashion tips from her scruffy beau Russell Brand.

With matching sunglasses, and hair that is unkempt by Katy's standards, the pair stepped out together from their hotel in Santa Barbara, although the California sunshine wasn't quite enough to put a smile on Russell's face. They emerged for a late breakfast looking like they'd had a rather strenuous night.
Katy's T-shirt featured the lyrics from the rousing chorus of Mobb Deep and Lil' Kim's song Quiet Storm.
It looks like the pair are still recovering from her raucous Willy Wonka-themed 25th birthday party at the weekend.

Its such a shame that a sweetheart like her has fallen for a sleazeball like him. I feel sick to the stomach of the thought of them together.
