Tess Daly reveals weight loss secrets
Last updated at 09:37am on 10.11.09TV presenter Tess Daly has revealed the secret behind her svelte post-baby figure - her hectic lifestyle.

Working it off: Tess Daly has shed pounds
The 38-year-old, who gave birth to her daughter Amber in May this year, stunned fans by swiftly shedding the pounds and posing in lingerie last month.
But rather than a crash diet or strict gym routine, she attributes her weight loss to a busy lifestyle and a fast metabolism.
"I never sit down," she told Heat magazine. "I just don't stop. I can't remember the last time I sat down in front of the TV and put my feet up. I'm always running around, and I've got a fast metabolism."
And the Strictly Come Dancing host insisted she was not a gym fanatic, adding: "I don't go to the gym, I do intend to start. I do a bit of yoga and enjoy swimming, but I don't like to sweat at the gym - that's not my idea of fun."
Daly, who is launching her own skincare range Daly Body, said she took great care of her skin.
She told Heat: "I always cleanse, tone and moisturise. Not just my face - I do head to toe every day."
The mother-of-two, who is married to Radio One host Vernon Kay, has recently modelled a range of lingerie from La Senza's new collection for the festive season.
The Steal The Show campaign, which features the presenter in a showgirl setting with top hat and cane, aims to bring together the two sides of every woman - playful and fun, yet glamorous and confident.
It is the presenter's first major lingerie campaign in more than 10 years.

Don't agree. Ms Daly is a very good host for Strictly Come Dancing. remember week in and week out she has to say the same thing, chat to the contestants and make the whole thing interesting and also put up with Bruce Forsythe who as talented as he may be , I have never thought particularly funny (and should be replaced by James Jordan) or entertaining and should not be presenting the show. Ms Daly is doing a verygood job and should have a bright future in TV. That is so long as she does not get her husband involved! Good luck Tess.

too true! Cant stand her - especially on strictly. Bland, bland, bland. She's probably got a personal trainer and meals done for her.
