Diana Vickers can't contain her excitement as she switches on lights

Diana Vickers switched on the South Molton and Brook Street Christmas Lights last night.

Razzle dazzle: Diana was excited about switching on the lights

Prior to the event she encouraged fans to attend on her facebook page.

She said: "There will be champange, christmas music and loads of discounts at all the shops. Woop! Plus I get to switch on the lights! yay!"

Let's hope the night lived up to expectations.

After the big switch on she made her way to her night job where she is starring in Little Voice at the West End's Vaudeville Theatre.
