James Van Der Beek files for divorce

Split: James intends to divorce from his wife
The star filed for divorce in Los Angles. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split with actress Heather McComb.
The couple were married in July 2003 and have no children.
The 32-year-old actor recently appeared in four episodes of One Tree Hill and has starred in films such as Varsity Blues and The Rules of Attraction.
McComb has appeared as a supporting actress in several movies and television shows.
