As if dating Katie Price and winning Big Brother isn't enough of a rollercoaster ride, Alex Reid ventured to Alton Towers to brave the real deal.

Fighting fit: the Celeb BB winner reminds us not to mess with him

The cage fighter was at the theme park to launch the search for the ultimate adrenaline junkies and preview new rollercoaster THI3TEEN.

Glamorous assistants: Alex Reid and his ladies launch the ride

The resort is offering members of the public the chance to have a world-first' preview of TH13TEEN before its grand opening on March 20th 2010 – but it's not going to be an easy ride.

Champion: Alex survived the adrenaline rush

Determined thrill seekers are being invited to test their metal with a rigorous application process.

Gruelling tests: can you match Alex's rollercoaster skills

To kick-start the search, Alton Towers has put together a team of experts, including Alex Reid, who will put wannabe riders through their paces in a series of gruelling tests including psychometric testing, an interrogation interview, two hour physical assessment, rollercoaster endurance (1 hr of continuous rides on Air) and midnight bootcamp.

Not for the faint-hearted, then.
