Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen has married his long-term fiancée Isla Fisher in a traditional Jewish ceremony, according to reports in Australia.
The notoriously private couple exchanged vows during a sunset ceremony in Paris last Monday in front of close relatives.
Magazine Woman's Day made the claim today after publishing emails reportedly sent from Fisher to her friends around the world the following day.
The actress, best known in Britain for appearing in Australian soap Home and Away, wrote: “We did it — we're married!”
She added: “It was the absolute best day of my life and in so many beautiful moments I missed you all so much. I thought of you as everything was happening but Sacha and I wanted no fuss, just us!”
Fisher, 34, who starred as a bridesmaid in the Hollywood movie Wedding Crashers, became engaged to Baron Cohen, 38, responsible for characters Ali G, Borat and Bruno, in 2004.
Despite having a daughter, Olive, now two years old, they have postponed their wedding several times. Friends said they had been waiting for the right time to marry.
“They were never bothered by the constant public pressure to marry and all along were just considering the venue, Australia or the US,” a friend told the magazine.

Ummm, its in the showbiz section, if you don't like "fluff" don't enter here...!
I actually think its very refreshing that they didn't opt for the big wedding and sale to Hello.
I wish them the best of luck!

A long and happy marriage to you, Isla.
I could think of none better than, Sacha; to make your life full of fun, humour, and happiness; he will keep you creased up in laughter.
If I could add Frank Carson as your father-in-law I would.
I know I would love to have Sacha, as a son..........LOL.
Best wishes for a funny and happy life to you both.......Mick.
