Lovers' tiff? Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan were publicly arguing last night

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson had a lover's tiff at Mayfair club Mahiki last night.

We're told Lindsay wanted to be there because the club is owned by one of her friends, but Sam was tired after a long week of DJing and wanted to go home.

Onlookers said that at one point the couple were waving their fists at each other — and Lindsay was in a foul mood. When they got back to their Kensington hotel, Lindsay sat in the back of the car for a full 10 minutes after Sam had jumped out and stormed indoors.
