Big Booer: Chanelle Hayes fails to win over gay fans with her raunchy performance

Brave Big Brother reject Chanelle Hayes ignored the booing crowd to perform her debut single at London's G-A-Y night on Saturday.

The Victoria Beckham wannabe, 20, failed to win over the notoriously-hard-to-please audience at the Astoria nightclub, who booed her performance of I Want It.

After touring smaller nightclubs around Britain to promote her debut single, which is released today, Chanelle was hoping for a warmer response from her gay fans.

However, the male clubbers started jeering before the Yorkshire girl even walked on stage.

Dressed in a white satin corset and matching hotpants, Chanelle shunned her usual Posh Spice lookalike appearance with long, curly hair extensions.

As she mouthed the words to her song, Chanelle pouted and writhed around on stage with her two scantily-clad female dancers.

Despite Chanelle being booed before, during and after her gig, she put on a brave face and carried on singing her catchy, dance track.

Reality girls: Celebrity Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton lends her support to Chanelle Hayes at her G-A-Y gig

After her harrowing performance, Chanelle sought comfort in new best pal Chantelle Houghton, who watched from back stage.

The two reality stars have been spending increasingly amounts of time together since Chantelle ended her 10 month marriage to singer Samuel Preston last year.

Both girls have plenty in common after they both leaped to fame after starring in Big Brother and their tabloid-friendly relationships.

Chanelle briefly dated fellow BB contestant Ziggy Lichman after last year's show, while Chantelle fell for Samuel Preston on Celebrity Big Brother in 2006.
