Big Brother contestant Jennifer Clark has been condemned by a judge after she missed a divorce hearing because she was starring on the reality show.
The part-time model, 22, split from her husband David, 24, in April and has placed their daughter Maddiline in the care of her parents while she takes part in the Channel 4 programme.
Since entering the house, Jennifer appears to be getting over her recent marriage split by flirting up a storm with hunky housemate Dale Howard, 21.
Flirt alert: Jennifer Clark flashes her bra to her crush Dale Howard
Catholic Jennifer appeared at the initial divorce hearing in her native County Durham just a day before she entered the Big Brother compound.
But when she failed to attend a second hearing last week, a judge ordered Jennifer to explain why she didn't tell the court she was going on the show.
The Mirror reports Jennifer will either have to explain her absence in court or present a written statement with the assistance of a lawyer.
Just days after the brunette beauty entered the show, her estranged husband David went to the Sunday tabloids accusing Jennifer of 'neglecting' their daughter by leaving her in the care of her parents Gary and Janise.

David claims Jennifer never told him she was going on the show.
Jennifer's Big Brother housemates are well aware of her growing affection for trainee PE teacher Dale.
Despite Dale only being a year younger, Jennifer evidently feels older than her crush due to her failed marriage and motherhood to Maddiline.
Last night, Jennifer leaned in for a goodnight kiss for Dale in the living room, where he remained until the early hours talking to housemates Rachel and Kathreya about the evening's meeting.
Goodnight kiss: Jennifer has an intimate moment with Dale as she prepares to go to bed on Sunday night
Jennifer discussed her romance with estranged husband David with her housemates today, claiming her spouse had told her he wanted to marry her on their first date.
She said: 'We never spent a day apart... It was love. I was a cynical person. I never thought something like that would happen to me but it did.'
Earlier today, the pair flirted outrageously as they played with busty housemate Rebecca's ample bra.
As Dale held the bra up to his chest, Jennifer flashed her own bra, complaining her breasts weren't big enough.
As they later lay together on one of the beds, observant Dale pointed out he regularly saw the cameras zooming in on them.
He said: 'You’ve got a little bit a story line.'
