Bloated Britney faces new battle as ex files for custody of sons

Federline is concerned about his former wife's increasingly erratic behaviour and believes she is exposing their children to "unnecessary risk," says sources.

In recent weeks reports have surfaced of her causing £10,000 worth of damage at a photoshoot, crashing into a parked car and romping topless with a man she barely knew during an alcohol-fuelled bender.

As news of the new custody battle was emerging, a bloated-looking Britney continued her partying antics with a visit to a Hollywood nightclub.

The couple's divorce was finalised last month, when they agreed to split custody 50-50 of Sean Preston, 22 months and Jayden James, 10 months.

"All of these things that come out (about Britney), if true, are things that would concern me," said Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.

"(Kevin's) desire is that these kids have a chance to grow up free, in as normal an environment as possible," he added.

The latest scandal to hit the troubled singer involves her encounter with college student Matt Encinias at LA's Standard Downtown hotel pool just five hours after turning up to appear as an extra in her new video clip last month.

The Californian claims he and a group of his male friends were handpicked by Spears' assistant to keep the singer company at the pool.

"Britney was the first one to undress, and then everyone else followed," Encinias told American magazine US Weekly.

"I turned around and saw that she was topless and she had fake tattoos of flowers on her nipples from the shoot.

"I was told all she wanted to do that night was kiss a boy. And that's what she did. Mission accomplished," he added.

Despite knowing her two sons were scheduled to be dropped off the following day at noon, Britney arranged for the hotel to open the pool at 2am especially for her entourage.

After hours of drinking - Britney was swigging Mojito as well as Jack Daniels according to reports - the intoxicated star suggested a game of Truth or Dare.

Encinias claims he was invited back to her hotel room at 4am but denies having sex with Spears, noting a bodyguard cut the night short after demanding he take his intoxicated friend home.

Earlier this week, Spears was pulling into an empty space when she hit a parked car - a silver Mercedes station wagon - while visiting a Hollywood pharmacy.

Fortunately neither Sean Preston and Jayden were in her black convertible at the time of the incident.

Spears, who is planning a comeback, was "completely out of it" on a photoshoot last month according to staff at OK! magazine, where she left a bill of more than £10,000 after walking away with designer goods and leaving a number of items damaged.
