He made his name ridiculing unsuspecting celebrities through his Ali G alter ego.
But now it appears that Sacha Baron Cohen is happily befriending Hollywood's A-list as himself.
Pictured on a yacht in Hawaii, the Cambridge-educated comic, 36, appeared to be at ease joking with Titanic star Leonardo DiCaprio, Friends actress Courteney Cox and Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire.

Baron Cohen is on holiday in the U.S. state with his fiance, Australian actress Isla Fisher, 32.
The couple have an eight-month-old daughter, Olive.
They relocated from London to Los Angeles following the success of Baron Cohen's film Borat: Cultural Learnings Of America For Make Benefit Glorious Nation Of Kazakhstan, in which he played the outrageous title character.
Fun in the sun: Sacha and Isla - pictured on the island with daughter Olive earlier this month - have been joined by a host of stars
An onlooker said: 'The scene was unbelievable. Here were all these A-list celebrities hanging out having fun on a yacht.
'They are all staying in the same area and decided to hire a boat. Leonardo was launching himself off the back of the boat while everyone cheered him on.
'Isla showed she has a daring side as she took a paddle boat for a ride and Courteney then followed her in.
'Tobey Maguire spent a lot of time talking to Sacha Baron Cohen who probably entertained him with his Borat and Ali G impressions.'
Verrry niiiice, as Borat might say.
