The singer, 22, is bravely rebuilding her life following a recent miscarriage.
Although she tried her best to appear upbeat, the sadness clearly showed on Lily as she forced herself through dinner with friends at The Ivy.

Feeling blue: Brave Lily Allen stepped out for a meal at The Ivy restaurant in central London last night after the filming of her new television show
Wearing a brilliant blue dress and matching heels, topped off with a Heidi-style plaited hairstyle, she attempted to lift her spirits by moving on to the nearby Groucho Club.
But in stark contrast to her typically extrovert behaviour, she made her excuses and went home after just 15 minutes.
Lily, daughter of actor Keith Allen, had been recording her new TV show 'Lily Allen and Friends' for BBC3.
The star, who shot to fame with the chart-topping hit Smile, is coming to terms with her miscarriage with the support of her musician boyfriend Ed Simons, of The Chemical Brothers.

Lily had been keeping a low profile since news of the tragic event was reported.
But she resurfaced earlier this week with Simons as the two enjoyed a shopping trip in north London, and picked out a new BMW car.
Four-months pregnant Lily suffered a miscarriage last week after returning home from a romantic break in the Maldives with Simons.
