Britney and Adnan back together after she receives nasty blow to the head

Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib's turbulent relationship appears to be back on after the couple went several weeks without seeing each other.
They were pictured together yesterday for the first time since Britney checked out of UCLA medical centre last month for treatment to a bipolar disorder.

Back together: Britney and Adnan pictured together outside her home on Saturday night
Adnan was spotted entering the popstar's home but a few minutes later, Britney was pictured driving his car as they pulled out of the gated community, only to U-turn back into the house moments after.
It confirmed recent rumours that Britney has been won over again by Ghalib, whom she jilted on the advice of her parents.
Britney was obviously keen to be spotted with her Birmingham-born boyfriend despite her family's disapproval.

No doubt Britney's father will put his foot down as her parents never approved of the relationship.
LA courts recently named Britney's father co-conservator, giving him the right to employ bodyguards, restrict her visitors and approve her contracts.
Perhaps Britney's erratic behaviour was the result of a nasty bump to the head she received a day earlier.
Britney's bodyguard had to step in after she knocked her head on a metal beam while out shoe shopping on Sunset Boulevard.
