Britney's takeaway lover: singer goes out for dinner and bags a waiter

Britney killed two birds with one stone, popping into Hollywood's Mirabelle restaurant for dinner, and leaving with waiter Michael Marchand.

According to US reports, the two have been quietly dating for a few weeks and are slowly going public.

A source told US magazine Life & Style weekly: "Michael came in a little after midnight, and she came in right after.

"They were being discreet. Forty-five minutes later, they left the restaurant together. He was charming. He made Britney laugh and looked at her with this secret smile. They left in separate cars."

Life & Style reports in its new issue that Britney instantly fell for Michael when she was at Mirabelle in early November, and since then the pair have swopped texts and shared a date at the star's mansion.

The reports that Britney is dating again surfaced amid rumours the troubled pop star had visited the Advanced LipoDissolve Centre in Las Vegas with her cousin Alli Sims in between house-hunting in Nevada's Sin City.

The reports claimed Britney was set to undergo a $12,000 top-to-toe makeover, including liposuction on her legs and bottom.

The pop star was said to have undergone the surgery the same day rapper Kanye West's mother Donda West tragically died from complications of cosmetic surgery.

Just last month, the 25-year-old singer hit the headlines after she was photographed with swollen lips, prompting speculation she had received collagen injections.

Following her visit to Vegas, Britney returned to Los Angeles for some quality time with her sons Sean Preston, two; and Jayden James, one. Britney is currently battling ex-husband Kevin Federline for custody of the tots.

After being photographed over the past week wearing skinny jeans, Britney further fuelled the rumours by donning a thigh-skimming satin skirt for a night out in West Hollywood on Tuesday.

Britney dined out at landmark Tinseltown eaterie Mirabelle, appearing to have a new-found confidence in her fantastic legs.

The singer gave awaiting paparazzi a flash of her smooth and sleek thighs and bum after she stepped into her chaffeur-driven car following her meal.

This isn't the first time cosmetic surgery rumours have surrounded the fallen pop princess.

At the beginning of her pop career in the late 1990s, 17-year-old Britney was forced to deny she had undergone breast enhancement surgery after she appeared to have 'blossomed' in the video to her hit song Sometimes.

And in April this year, Britney denied reports she had undergone liposuction in Vegas following her release from Promises rehabilitation center in Malibu, California the previous month.

Meanwhile, Britney's legal battle with ex-husband Kevin is continuing in favour of the aspiring rapper.

On Friday, a California judge ruled Britney was not allowed to drive with her children following allegations she had run a red light while with the two boys on November 8.

The couple's two year marriage came to an official end in July, with the pair sharing custody of their children.

However, in early October, Britney lost physical custody of her sons after Kevin expressed concerns about her erratic behaviour and hard-partying lifestyle.
