An emotional Britney Spears emerged from a LA restaurant in tears yesterday after discovering her boyfriend Adnan Ghalib had been denied access to her home.
The pair were reunited over the weekend where they were photographed together for the first time since she checked out from hospital earlier this year but it appears her father has stepped in to prevent pair spending any more time together.
Britney's family is said to disapprove of the Birmingham-born paparazzo, but it is clear the troubled mother of two still holds affection for him.

Adnan appeared frustrated as he was turned away from her gated community by security guards - under Jamie Spears' co-conservatorship he is authorised to restrict her visitors.
Still, Jamie, who was put in charge of his daughter's estate after she was committed into a psychiatric award earlier this year, has taken steps to give Britney more freedom.
A Los Angeles Superior Court has approved a request to allow the star, who is worth an estimated $US100 million, a $1,500-a-week allowance on a credit card to "enjoy herself".

He looked tired as he entered the courtroom, accompanied by co-conservator Andrew Wallet.
Commissioner Goetz said she had received two petitions for a permanent conservatiorship - one for Britney's person and one for her estate - which will be dealt with at a hearing on July 31.

She said they had found a "local counsel" who would do it for a fee of $15,000 a month.
The Commisisoner Mr Wallet if the conservators "bond" was still enough.
He said they were currently using Britney's periodic assets to pay her bills and had a sum of $135,000 to use. "For now we are probably Ok," Mr Wallet told the court.

"My client has been inconsistent with her possible attendance at this hearing," he said.
"The last word I had from her was that she did not attend to appear.
"I have discussed this date with her repeatedly. I would categorise her as unwilling to appear."

The rest of the hearing was held behind closed doors as reports in the US surfaced that Britney had signed on for a guest role in the hit CBS show How I Met Your Mother.
Britney's agent Jason Trawick from William Morris made the deal with producers on the show, according to a reports.
One source told TMZ it was "a small legitimate project that will keep her busy doing something." We're told it's not long term and her dad - her conservator - is down with it and has signed off."
Meanwhile, the MailOnline has learned that New York based attorney Jon Eardley is still contesting the validity of the conservatorship.
