Despite only just checking out of her third stint in rehab, Lohan is returning to work almost immediately amid reports that she has blown a $7million fortune on drugs and alcohol.

Lindsay is said to be so broke that she can't afford her own place, and according to a source she has been forced to move in with a friend.

Her wayward lifestyle has seen her blow £500,000 on staying at hotel Chateau Marmont, as well as thousands on cocaine and alcohol, £70,000 in rehab costs and thousands on legal fees after her numerous drink-driving convictions.

Meanwhile, Lohan filed a legal action against a man who is suing her over a car accident in West Hollywood in 2005.

Raymundo Ortega has claimed Lohan was negligent – allegedly looking over her shoulder for paparazzi rather than watching the road – when her Mercedes-Benz collided with his van. But in her filing last week, Lohan claims it was Ortega who was negligent.
