Bruce Willis has his eye on £30million London penthouse

Hollywood hero Bruce Willis is said to be planning a move to London. The Die Hard actor has viewed a £30million luxury apartment in London's Park Lane, but he may need to learn a few things fast.

The first crucial rule is: if you want a bit of privacy with your new girlfriend, don't take her to The Ivy in Covent Garden.

Bruce was put off by the horde of paparazzi waiting outside the restaurant last night, so slipped out the back door with lingerie model Emma Heming.

The couple are in London to find a base here and have been eyeing up some multimillion pound properties in Mayfair - one being a £30m pad in Park Lane.

The 52-year-old Die Hard star has been looking like the smuggest man in Hollywood since he began parading his new 29-year-old love around in January.

A source said: "Bruce loves London and is looking for a luxury apartment to stay in when he is over here. He's also a shrewd cookie and is looking for a good investment, so is prepared to splash the cash.

"He has already been shown a six-bedroom penthouse in Mayfair, worth a whopping £30 million, which shows how much he's willing to spend.

"Bruce has fallen for Emma big time, and wants her to have her say in where he buys. He is in it for the longterm with her, and is showing her his commitment by taking her advice in all his big decisions.

"He has enjoyed the bachelor lifestyle for a good few years but thinks the time is right to settle down."

Bruce had an amicable divorce from ex-wife Demi Moore eight years ago, and has followed in her footsteps by getting himself a young love. Demi, 45, has been dating Ashton Kutcher, 30, and Bruce took Emma to Ashton's birthday party last month.

But if he wants to avoid the cameras when he's staying in London, the most famous celebrity eatery in town probably isn't the most sensible destination for a quiet meal...

Couple time: Bruce and Emma are in London to find a base and friends say he has fallen for the 29-year-old lingerie model and is ready to settle down
