Halle Berry quizzed by police over nanny incident

Halle Berry has been interviewed by the Los Angeles Police Department over claims her ex-boyfriend pushed their daughter's nanny during an argument.
The 'New Year's Eve' star was questioned by officers who are investigating her former partner Gabriel Aubry for child endangerment because of claims made by nanny Alliance Kamden that he shoved her into a door while she was holding three-year-old Nahla at his home last Wednesday (18.01.12).
A source told RadarOnline.com: "Investigators interviewed Halle for about an hour. Even though she wasn't a witness to the event that occurred with the nanny and Gabriel, she has a very strong narrative about what the nanny had told her had been occurring over the past several months.
"Halle wanted law enforcement to have all relevant information. There is absolutely no love lost between Halle and Gabriel."
Gabriel and Alliance allegedly had a row over his decision to keep Nahla off school without informing the nanny, who then confronted him about his actions after she went to the school to collect her.
She claims the French-Canadian model verbally abused her before pushing her, an allegation he vehemently denies.
Gabriel has told friends his version of events and insists she tripped and fell by herself and he only got into an exchange with her because he felt his "parenting skills were under attack again".
Halle and Gabriel are due in court next Monday (30.01.12) where the actress is expected to ask a judge to strip the model of shared custody to Nahla until the investigation is complete.
