Sam Faiers feels like she doesn't have "any friends" on The Only Way Is Essex

Sam Faiers has revealed that she lacks friends on ITV2 reality show The Only Way Is Essex.

The blonde beauty - who has starred in the show since it launched in 2010 - admitted while the eight original cast members used to be "really close", the influx of new characters and departure of people like Mark Wright and Kirk Norcross means she no longer knows many people on set.

She explained: "There were only eight of us when TOWIE first started and we were really close. There are so many new cast members now that not everyone knows each other.

"I'm obviously close to my sister, Billie, and I'm good friends with Arg, Lydia, Gemma and Lucy, but that's it. Other than those guys, I feel like I don't have any friends on the show."

The 21-year-old reality star - whose best pals Amy Childs and Harry Derbidge have both quit TOWIE - explained she "really misses" the duo on set.

Sam added in an interview with Reveal magazine: "Amy and Harry were genuinely my best friends, so I really miss them not being around any more."
