Uneven: Lindsay clearly forgot to apply her fake tan across her arms

The 21-year-old has kept a low profile since her very brief stay at Los Angeles' Lynwood jail earlier this month.

She spent just 84 minutes in the jail as part of her plea deal in her two drink driving cases and must also complete an 18-month alcohol education program.

Her mother Dina Lohan insists this is fresh beginning for the party loving star, telling People magazine: "Lindsay has been given a new start and will put this behind her."

"She is focused on educating others of the dangers of drinking and driving."

Earlier this year, Lindsay completed a stint in rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Utah where she met her new beau Riley Giles.

The actress is now back to work, and has began filming her new movie Dare to Love Me.
