Coleen McLoughlin (above with fiance Wayne Rooney) is living in fear for her life amid a vicious hate campaign targeting her family home
The latest abuse comes just months after mindless yobs scrawled sickening graffti about England star Rooney over the walls and driveway of their five-bedroomed executive pad.
The petrified WAG's mum Colette, 40, said the family are determined to carry on with their everyday lives.
She said: "We've had trouble in the past with yobs smashing up our cars and throwing things at the windows, but this is the most twisted act yet.
"We have not changed, but there are very jealous people who want to make our lives a misery with these horrible acts.
"It makes you sick just to think of them outside when we were in bed scrawling such horrible things on the driveway.

Thugs sprayed grafitti 'Fat Manc T***' and 'Die Rooney Die' on the driveway leading to Coleen's family home
"Since Coleen and Wayne became famous, we've always been down to earth and we just want to get on with our lives. "We still lived in the same family home until this year, when they smashed up our cars it was just too much to take."
A Merseyside Police spokesman: "Inquiries into the abuse levelled at the Mcloughlin family home are continuing but no arrests have been made."
A family friend added: "Coleen is devastated by the death threats and the family are absolutely terrfied.
"Coleen feels really guilty that her family has been targeted because of her and Wayne's fame.
"She is beside herself with worry but she always puts a brave face on in public so you never really see her hurt inside."

The message says 'Rooney scum': Coleen and Wayne a week after he left Everton to play for Manchester United in 2004
Style icon Coleen hinted that things were not well at home at her new perfume launch last week.
She said: "There are so many things about being famous, but sadly some people do get jealous of you and nasty things can happen.
"I'm just not going to focus on that."
The sickening messages come almosty two months after vandals daubed 'Fat Manc T***' and 'Die Rooney Die' on the driveway and garden walls of Coleen's family home.
Despite the best efforts of Merseyside Police's anti-graffiti unit to torch off the paint, the outline of the taunts can still be clearly seen.
Coleen's childhood family home was regularily targeted by thugs, and in May, last year her mother and father's three cars were smashed up.
