Cruel Americans ridicule Heather's disability as she is knocked out

Heather Mills was probably taking her participation in Dancing With The Stars a little too seriously. But did her self-promotional antics really warrant the distasteful gags about her disability, which were aired on a late night US talk show?
The estranged wife of Paul McCartney is at the centre of a cruel skit on US late night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live, which aired a spoof montage of her dancing routines.

Heather and dance partner Jonathan Roberts wait to hear their fate
One clip shows a woodpecker attacking her prosthetic limb, and in another, her leg flies off and hits an audience member, knocking out their teeth.
The 39-year-old was eliminated from the program after six weeks in the competition.
Mills herself has kept a sense of humour over her involvement in the show.
Before starting the competition, she said: "It's very unlikely my leg is going to fly off, although it would be quite funny."

After her exit was announced, Mills stunned viewers with an Oscars-style farewell when she was kicked off American TV show Dancing With The Stars.
She delivered a long-winded speech thanking everyone from her partner, Jonathan Roberts, to the hair and make-up girls.
Just as the show's hosts, Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris, thought they were waving her off, she reached down into her cleavage and pulled out a crumpled piece of paper containing her speech.
In it, Heather, 39, gushingly told how "everyone from five to 85-year-olds" had approached her and said: "Oh my God! Now I want to dance!" thanks to her performances during the last six weeks.
She then made a bizarre plea to the audience to go vegan, suggesting they take part in a "No Meat Monday".
The charity campaigner has won widespread acclaim for performing with an artificial leg on the US version of Strictly Come Dancing.
The judges gave her a standing ovation when she performed a backflip during the mambo.
But she and Roberts were last night fifth out of seven remaining pairs for their paso doble.
The public vote, which counts for half the rankings, was even worse and they were voted off the show.
The remaining contestants include boxing champion Laila Ali (daughter of Muhammad Ali), country music star Billy Ray Cyrus, former ' Nsync boy- band member Joey Fatone and Olympic speed skater Apolo Anton Ohno.
