A gala dinner was the highlight of a week of events to promote Australian tourism in America and the stunning songstress certainly played her part, giving onlookers every reason to take a trip to the country of her birth.

Kylie shows her pride in Australia at G'Day USA
One attendee at the G'Day USA dinner event, said: "There were a number of celebrities at the event including A-list film stars, but Kylie was definitely the star turn.
"She just looked stunning and was clearly very proud to be promoting her native Australia."

Comeback kid Kylie looks healthier than ever
Less than two years after being told her breast cancer was in remission, Kylie is looking healthier now than ever before.
Wearing a flowing purple dress topped off with a drape-like shawl and colourful belt, the singer and Doctor Who star's perfectly-proportioned curves were evident.

And she certainly didn't let the disappointment of the limited success of her latest single affect her, after it entered the UK charts last week in 29th position.
Other guests at the annual event included John Travolta and Hollywood power couple Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart.
