Bowers and another man, aged 26, were arrested after police were alerted to a loud noise at Price's home and discovered a Vauxhall Tigra had crashed in a nearby hedge.

They were released on bail after being held at a police station for several hours.

A Surrey Police spokeswoman said today: "Following extensive inquiries two men, a 26-year-old from Peterborough and a 29-year-old from South Croydon, who were arrested on Tuesday May 26 in Woldingham have been released with no further action."

Bowers had a string of hits with Another Level in the late 1990s.

Price and Andre met on the set of the jungle show and a lavish wedding followed.

They announced their separation in May.
