David is now back in LA after jetting to London last week when his father suffered a major heart attack.
However, he has made sure his dad won't have to lift a finger when he's released from hospital.
He has hired a housekeeper and a cleaner to keep Ted's Chingford house tidy while he recovers, while a chauffeur will drive him anywhere he wants to go. And all because David himself can't be there to help out.

The LA Galaxy star also ordered his dad's favourite flowers and given the housekeeper a shopping list of Ted's favourite healthy foods - including M&S gammon steaks, lamb and healthy vegetables - which he wants in the house on his dad's return.
Ted recently admitted he eats very unhealthy food and has to work two jobs because he's short of cash, but millionaire David has now decided to chip in and make sure his dad is well looked after.
The chauffeur will collect Ted from the hospital when he's discharged and be on hand if he needs to go anywhere.

David went to his dad's Chingford house personally last weekend and collected all Ted's favourite DVDs of him playing for Real Madrid and brought them to his hospital bed, according to the source.
Ted also requested a photograph of Brooklyn that David had framed for him 18 months ago and hand-delivered to Ted's door.
