Celebrities such as Tracey Emin, Fatboy Slim, Joanna Lumley and Robert Plant all lined up to scribble on the singer's album cover No Jacket Required after being asked to depict themselves on the record sleeve for an exhibition.
Organisers spent six months trawling charity shops and eBay to buy 60 vinyl copies of the album.
So far, 16 have been returned, including one from Tory leader David Cameron, with organisers hoping for a total of 25.
They will be auctioned off as one piece when the exhibition ends on May 2.
Andrew Heeps, curator of The Art Vinyl Gallery in Hackney, East London, said: 'They are all fantastic.
The purchaser will in effect be buying 25 copies of No Jacket Required. I can imagine the auction value will be quite high.'
The exhibition is raising funds for Children In Hunger, of which Collins is a patron.
