Britney Spears' battered reputation as a mother has taken yet another hit after she was banned from visiting her two young children.
The court ruling reportedly came after the troubled 25-year-old star failed to make herself available for random drug tests.
Hours later the pop singer was in trouble again after allegedly running over a photographer's foot.

Run in: Britney appeared to run over a photographer's foot
Stuck: the photographer walked away from the scene without any major injuries, according to onlookers
Spears pulled out of a Beverly Hills medical building around 5pm when the incident occurred, according to reports.
The paparazzo, who was wearing sandals with white socks, emerged a tyre mark across his foot. He didn't respond to questions after the incident and onlookers say he walked off without any apparent problems.
Los Angeles judge Scott Gordon suspended all contact between the singer and sons Sean, two, and one-year-old Jayden until she complies with court orders.
With her life seemingly still in chaos, the visitation ban now puts Spears' chances of winning back custody in serious jeopardy when she returns to court in a week's time.

Testing times: Britney failed to show up to a mandatory drug test
The drastic action was triggered by the 'Toxic' singer's failure to provide contact information so she could be reached for random drug tests ordered by the court.
The order asks for a report to be drawn up by Spears' 'parenting coach' before October 26, the date of her next court appearance.
Spears was allowed to see her sons every other day after being forced to surrender full custody to her former husband at the beginning of this month.
One of the main reasons she had to give them up was because she did not submit to a drug test.
Meanwhile, in good news for the star, she has reached a financial agreement with the owners of the car damaged in an alleged hit-and-run.
The Mercedes-Benz Kim Robard-Rifkin will receive approximately $US1,000 to cover the damage done to the vechile on August 6, according to her lawyer J. Michael Flanagan.
Britney will be back in court in a week's time to plea for custody, which will depend on whether she can appease the family court judge by fulfilling her court-ordered obligations.

Britney with Kevin Federline before their split, he was granted temporary custody of their children earlier this month
She had to get a California driving licence, attend a 'Parenting Without Conflict' class and undergo random drink and drug testing twice a week because she was engaging in 'habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol.'
Spears also had to spend eight hours a week with a parenting coach who would check her fitness as a parent at first hand.
Even after the public humiliation of losing custody of her children to Federline, Spears has continued to make headlines for all the wrong reasons.
Hours after handing over her boys she went to a Los Angeles tanning salon.
Spears and Federline were married for two years before their divorce became final in July.
Despite her legal tribulations, the one-time Disney Mousketeer still can't understand why people think she is such a bad role model.

But she added: "People just read about her not wearing underwear."
However, despite Miss Knight's warning that going out without knickers is 'ridiculous' the singer won't stop the habit.
"Britney knows it's stupid, but says she just doesn't like to wear underwear. She doesn't feel comfortable with it on," she added.
