Closer inspection reveals a mesh hairline on which a hairweave is attached
Ocean's 13 star Clooney, was seen on his yacht in Italy in a pair of shorts which hung off his hips revealing what looks like a strange scar across his stomach.
The 46-year-old Oscar-winner's jokes about having cosmetic surgery on his eyes show he is somewhat conscious of keeping his boyish good looks, but could he have gone a step further and fallen on the surgeon's knife?

Surgery or just a sign of some post-filming weight gain?
George is no stranger to the odd on-set knock, and already has a scar running from his neck to the base of his spine after an accident filming Syriana three years ago.
But his publicist Stan Rosenfeld denied Clooney had had any surgical work done. He said: "It's probably just from putting on the weight he lost during filming his last movie."
Saturday Night Fever star John Travolta's youthful-looking hairline is not so easily explained away. The Hollywood superstar showed off a full head of hair in Paris, which begged the question, is it all his own?

Travolta, 53, who plays a woman in the remake of film Hairspray sported a glossy black mop, and a rejuvenated hairline, one which a few years ago, was clearly receding.
Closer inspection of the hairline reveals a layer of mesh, on which it is clear a hairweave is attached.
The pressure to look youthful has long been felt by Hollywood's leading ladies, but clearly, in Travolta's case at least, it's affecting some of Hollywood's gorgeous men too.
