"Lynne's not my kind of woman," she said. "We're at extremes of the female marketplace.

"Lynne is relaxed, Zen, do funny movements a lot, and not do a lot of grafting - not very capable, not very practical, not very get-things-done.

Jilted wife Ruth Cross, whose husband Mark had an affair with Hopkins during which they were photographed cavorting in a field, said: "I hoped she'd get eaten by the crocs. Katie is a self-centred bitch."

Back in the camp, Cerys Matthews was missing love rat Marc Bannerman. She said: "I'm shocked that Marc's gone because he was such a sweetheart. I'm sad to see him go."

But Bannerman, 34, cannot decide whether he has feelings for the Welsh singer.

While sometimes saying they were "just good friends" and that he is "in love" with his girlfriend, actress Sarah Matravers, the former EastEnders actor then said he had fallen "hook, line and sinker" for 38-year-old Matthews.

He finally said: "I'm in love with two people. What a prat."
