How do I humiliate thee? Let me count the ways.
Elen Rives and Frank Lampard, both 29, enjoyed an intimate dinner in Knightsbridge as they try to get their relationship back on track.
But Elen looks like she is playing hardball as she made a series of subtle digs at Frank, who denies he cheated on her in Las Vegas last month.

Bag lady: Elen's bag shows a picture of a rat and the phrase' How to handle the small things in life'
Her bag featured the cover of a "Naughty" Fifties magazine, which bore the headline: "How to handle the small things in life." Surely this isn't a problem she's experienced with Frank?
Her fiance has been accused of being a love rat, and fittingly the bag is illustrated with a small rodent peering up at a woman.
Elen then made Frank sit in the back seat of their car as they left posh Japanese restaurant Zuma. It's clear who's in control of the situation at the moment...
She topped off the seemingly orchestrated humiliation of Frank by not wearing her engagement ring.
So while the couple, who have two daughters - Luna, one, and two-month-old Isla - look like they're determined to get their relationship back on track, there's no doubt Elen is calling the shots.
