She said: "You just have to deal with it. One injection a day, medicine three times a day."

Katie had Harvey with footballer Dwight Yorke and has four-monthold Princess and Junior, two, with Peter.

She says: "I don't regard kids as being a chore. It's more love."

And she also reveals the secret of her £ 30 million earnings by saying: "If there was something I wanted, I made sure I got it."
