Model Lily Cole, British Fashion Council chief executive Hilary Riva, milliner Philip Treacy and it-girl Tara Palmer Tomkinson also attended today's invite-only service at Guards Chapel near St James's Park.
Today's event - held during London Fashion Week - follows Ms Blow's funeral, which was held at Gloucester Cathedral in May.

Television fashion stylist Trinny Woodall and designer Stella McCartney
Ms Blow, former fashion director of Tatler magazine, lived near Stroud with her husband Detmar Blow.
Before her death she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and she also suffered from depression.
An inquest into her death was told she died from a drug overdose. Subsequent reports said she had drunk weedkiller.
