Food guru Gillian McKeith whips the nation into shape in her PVC catsuit

Telling people what to do comes naturally to Gillian McKeith and now she has the look to match.
The 48-year-old food guru squeezed into a PVC catsuit, complete with whip and high heels, for a photoshoot to promote her new book, The complete A-Z guide of healthy life.
Gillian is set on changing the nation's eating habits and judging by her figure, she likes to lead by example.
Gillian told Closer: "I feel so naughty dressed up with my whip in my hand. I immediately felt so in control - and I do love whipping people into shape!
"It's like playing a role. But let's face it, it's a role that fits me because I'm seen as controlling and bossy"
Demure: Gillian's makeover makes a change from her usual look
The Perth-born dietician admits that she wasn't always so confident though, claiming she was a shy child.
"When I was younger, I would go bright red if anyone spoke to me. I was extremely shy. When I went to university, I forced myself to come out of my shell."
Gillian shot to fame in 2004 starring in C4's You Are What You Eat after 20 years of research and training, including a daily fitness routine of Pilates.
"Pilates has given me the stomach muscles of a teenager - you could bounce pennies of my stomach."
Her husband, American lawyer Howard Magaziner, is clearly a fan of her wild new look and Gillian is even contemplating an image overhaul for future television appearances.
"I sent a photo of myself wearing the catsuit to my husband and he said 'You look amazing. Can you bring the suit home with you?'. Maybe I should do a show wearing it."
