Muscles: Mel B admires the benefits of her punishing fitness routine
While Scary Spice gave birth to her daughter Angel just seven months ago, she quickly jumped into a vigorous fitness regime as part of the dance competition, which swiftly banished the small amount of baby weight she was left with.
Of course, she is also preparing to hit the stage with her fellow band mates amid rumours the competitive girls are each wanting to be in the best shape of their lives.

Mel B and her dancing partner Maksim Chmerkowskiy performed two dances on this week's Dancing With The Stars
She said: "I've got Dancing with the Stars and then in addition to that I'm learning 20 songs and 20 routines for the Spice Girls tour.
"I think because we're training late at night it's a little more difficult to grasp hold of the steps.
"The expectations are really high. I just hope that we can do it."
Mel B has made no secret of her hopes to win the competition, and is now a favourite to take out the crown.
