The petite Girls Aloud star looked fabulous in her one-shouldered Grecian-style mini-dress at the launch of pal Adee Phelans new hair salon, which she attended with her man DJ Tom Crane.

But when she arrived her little black dress revealed the unsightly loose skin - hence the term 'bingo wings' on her skinny arms.

The hard-partying star looked quite gaunt, and appeared to have lost her once curvy figure completely.

Although she appears to have cut down on her partying, it appears her hectic lifestyle has already taken a toll on her ultra-slim body.

Later, after scooping up a fabulous goody bag, Sarah ditched her man and headed to Funky Buddha with the girls.

Inside she sat in the VIP area with reality TV Z-listers Chanelle, and recently divorced Chantelle who is looking more and more like pin-up Jordan. Note to Chantelle - this is not a good thing.

And Sarah was, as ever, determined to enjoy herself, danced like crazy, while surrounded by copious amounts of champagne.

But once she spotted her ex, Calum Best, Sarah decided to call it a night and headed back to the Mayfair Hotel, where she's staying until her new Camden flat is finished.
