High school heartthrobs Lea Michele and Cory Monteith, who star as drama queen Rachel and football hunk Finn in the award-winning show about a school choir, will appear on the ITV1 talent show.
They will perform when X Factor reaches its nail-biting stage on Sunday December 5.
The performers will also be joined by Glee co-stars Amber Riley, who plays big-voiced soul sister Mercedes, Chris Colfer who stars as fashionista and footballer Kurt, Kevin McHale, who plays wheelchair-bound Artie, and Mark Salling who is the show's bad boy Puck.
Glee's sexy, snooty cheerleaders will also be appearing.
The performance will be the first time the all-singing, all-dancing Glee cast have appeared live on a TV stage beyond the US, where the show is made.
X Factor bosses would not reveal if the remaining X Factor contestants will perform with the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning stars.
