Radiant: Louise looked stylish and healthy as she left Nobu
She may have been at one of London's best restaurants but finding something she could eat can't have been easy for Louise Redknapp last night.
The pregnant star was dining with husband Jamie, Chelsea player Frank Lampard and his partner Ellen Rives at sushi-lovers' favourite Nobu.
But being five months along, raw fish was not an option for the mum-of-one.
However, the restaurant choice didn't seem to bother 33-year-old Louise.
Covering her baby bump with a simple but stylish silk, black dress the singer and presenter was glowing with good health.
Ex-footballer Jamie, also dressed head-to-toe in black, had possibly arranged the dinner to give some much needed guidance to his little cousin.
Mid-fielder Frank, 30, has had persistent interest from Italian club Internazionale Milano where former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has moved to.
An alleged offer of £7million has been made to the club for the player.
However, as Chelsea are not keen on the move he may have needed the advice of Jamie - now a football pundit - over what to do next.
Leaving with glamorous girlfriend Ellen Rives, the 30-year-old looked strained and anxious.
Having recently lost his mother to pneumonia in April, it has not been an easy year for Frank so far.
Let's hope Louise and Jamie were able to help him out.
His and hers: The singer and husband Jamie both wore head-to-toe black
