Gordon Ramsay escapes with own book as he supports wife in Dancing on Ice

Who needs a publicist when you have the paparazzi camped at your front door?

Gordon Ramsay was snapped dutifully heading off to watch his wife Tana perform in the ghastly ITV celebrity show, Dancing on Ice.

Great Escape: Ramsay's off to see wife Tana

Gordon left home clutching his new Indian cookery book, Gordon Ramsay's Great Escape - 100 of my favourite Indian recipes. Helpfully, he displayed the cover for the awaiting flash bulbs.

That should give book sales a nice nudge.
