Jennifer Aniston had the right idea last night - shunning London's celebrity hangouts in favour of a quieter place to have dinner.

Mayer, 30, has dated a string of beauties - including Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jessica Simpson - while Aniston, who was married to Brad Pitt for four and a half years, has been single since splitting from Vince Vaughn in December 2006.
We're hoping that Jen's found true love this time - but, then, musicians can be notoriously fickle when it comes to groupies.
