The 15-year-old Disney star flashed a blinding Hollywood smile while filming in Malibu yesterday, her once uneven teeth apparently patched up with veneers.

Miley, who is the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, is currently working on a feature film version of Hannah Montana - the latest addition to what is predicted to be a $1 billion franchise by the end of this year.

She has emerged as one of the most famous teenagers on the planet with countless fans - herself included.

When asked to described herself recently, she with her trademark youthful enthusiasm: 'Coolest. Person. Ev-er.'

The actress and singer's career has continued to sky rocket in recent months, despite a well-documented controversy over semi-clothed Vanity Fair photos.

In April, the teenager apologised to fans for the suggestive pictures, which were taken by legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz .

She said the pictures, in which she appeared to be topless with only a cream silk sheet wrapped around her body, were an 'embarrassment'.

Miley has since told People magazine she has grown from the controversy, and is quickly learning 'which people I can trust and being more aware of my surroundings.'

'It's like Dorothy - I'm not in Kansas anymore.'
