The signs weren't good when they were seen going into a pub together.
Spotted with guitarist Jamie Hince at the weekend, it seemed that Kate Moss had simply bounced from one bad-boy rocker to another.
In June the 33-year-old model finally finished a turbulent twoyear relationship with the drug addict singer Pete Doherty.

Kate Moss spent the weekend partying with her new man and pal Davinia Taylor
And many were hoping her next boyfriend would prove to be a more responsible influence.
On paper, her new love Hince, who plays for The Kills rock band, appears to be that man. He is said to be a vegan, whose worst vice is chain-smoking.
But according to Miss Moss's friends, the 38-year-old has more in common with Babyshambles singer Doherty than first meets the eye.
After running out of the pub in London on Saturday, Miss Moss and Hince got into a waiting car.
They were dropped off at the house of Davinia Taylor, the TV actress, where the party continued until Monday morning.

Earlier in the day, Kate took a rest from the partying to meet with Top Shop boss Sir Philip Green
The meeting obviously went well as Kate left Green's office beaming
Miss Moss's friend said: "He may be a vegan, but that doesn't prevent him from being a party animal.
"Jamie also has this live fast, die young attitude - playing gigs, entertaining groupies, caning it and going without sleep for three days and nights.
"Kate has been busy telling the family how clean-living Jamie is because she knows how much the Pete relationship hurt them, but it's a lot more complex than that.
"They have just had a weekendlong party at Davinia Taylor's house and Jamie was caning it as heavily as the rest of them during the day.
"He was bragging pretty explicitly about having it large at Glastonbury. He's not so much one to fall out of clubs at 5am, but is rather more into all-night house parties."

Miss Moss and Hince met through her friend Sadie Frost backstage at a Kills gig, the friend added.
"Kate and Jamie's eyes met and there was this amazing electricity.
"Kate said she thought the band were great. He made this little joke, saying to her, 'Sorry - what's your name again?'.
"She giggled and it went from there. Kate loved the fact she was so unfazed by her. They have been in constant contact since then.
"Kate thinks he's amazing - that he's like a modern-day poet and that the music is so now. She's already been saying he's the one."

Arriving at the pub, Jamie is delighted to see Kate
Kate was keen to keep Hince's identity a secret: The two ran from the pub on Saturday night into a waiting car
However, there have been concerns among her friends that Jamie is just a substitute for Doherty, 28.
"Up until just last week, Kate was still obsessing over Pete. We all think it's a rebound relationship."
Doherty is far from pleased.
His relationship with Miss Moss ended after allegations that he had cheated on her.
"Pete knows Jamie from the grunge rock scene. He feels like a mate has muscled in on his territory.
"He has a temper and a grudge so we wouldn't be surprised if there is some revenge."
Well connected: Jamie Hince with his bandmate and Kate look alike Alison Mosshart. She has more in common with the supermodel than just looks - Mosshart also dated Jefferson Hack
