Now her breasts seem to be causing great interest backstage on the Spice Girls' current world comeback tour.
"There is speculation she had her implants taken out for the tour so she can fit into the costumes without the risk of them falling out during some of the more energetic routines," says my mole.
Designer Roberto Cavalli, who created the Spice Girls' wardrobe, is famous for dressing curves but clearly even he had trouble containing Victoria's.

Flashing her assets: Victoria in her 'bacofoil' outfit wows the crowds at the Spice Girls' comeback concert
The press noticed Victoria's chest looking deflated ahead of the Spice Girls' first concert date in Vancouver, Canada last Sunday.
Embarrassingly, the self-styled fashionista was once forced to admit in a court document for a libel trial that she had had breast implants after years of denying she had been under the knife.
It is unclear whether her new look is the result of further surgery.
As the Spice Girls reunite after a seven-year hiatus, Victoria admitted she gets incredibly nervous before she goes on stage and feels insecure about her performing skills.
In an interview in the January issue of Elle magazine, Victoria said: "It became very obvious from the start that I was never going to be the best singer or the best dancer or the best actress. I was never a 'natural'.
"You know, I've never been that good at anything, to be completely honest."
Victoria has also revealed that as a schoolgirl she was a victim of violent bullying and could not make any friends.
Posh Spice has admitted she used to dread her daily torment at the hands of bullies.

Spot the difference: Victoria's chest is noticeably flatter now
The waif-like mother of three said: "I suffered a lot with bullying at school.
"They used to pick up stones and hurl them towards my head. It was like they genuinely hated me, but I don't know why.
"People would just push me around, say they were going to beat me up after school, and chase me.
"It was miserable – my whole schooling life was utterly miserable. I just stood there. I didn't have any friends."
Years later as a famous pop star and designer, Victoria now has no shortage of friends.
She and husband David count Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Will Smith, Jennifer Lopez and Gordon Ramsay among their closest pals.
