How I lost FOUR stone, by Atomic Kitten's Jenny Frost

Many women dream of having Jenny Frost's slim figure.

But the Atomic Kitten singer misses being pregnant because the extra weight that piled on her behind gave her the curves she'd always desired.

Jenny Frost is now the same weight she was before she was pregnant

The 30-year-old gave birth to son Caspar ten months ago and shed her four stone of pregnancy weight in just three months by swapping pasta and bread for brown rice and sweet potatoes.

She has since successfully maintained her size eight figure by eating regular, small meals.

Despite being happy with the breast uplift surgery she had earlier this year, Frost wishes there was an easy way to boost her bum.

She told Closer magazine: 'I put on four stone when I was pregnant and had this great bottom. I loved it - for once, I had curves!

I wanted to lose my baby weight , but I hoped I’d keep my bum. But that went and now I’ve got nothing to fill my jeans.'

Frost admits she never goes to the gym, but being a hands-on mum with no nanny keeps her in shape.

She said: 'When I’m playing with Caspar, I’ll lie on the floor and hold him up in the air, which is great fun for him and works my stomach muscles and arms a treat.'
