HRH Harry joins DJ Goldie's crew

Prince Harry made an unlikely friend in jungle DJ Goldie at the Wireless Festival in Hyde Park over the weekend. Apart from one being born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and the other having a load of gold in his mouth, we can't really see anything that the two would have in common.

But our VIP spy said: "You could barely conceive of two people who are more different on paper, but they got on like a house on fire."

Festival pals: Goldie and Prince Harry met up in Hyde Park

Goldie, 43, was at the festival to watch Dizzee Rascal perform, where Prince Harry bumped into him backstage and invited him to the Live Nation
tent.

The source continued: "Harry invited Goldie to join him and his gang at a private party at the festival. Harry was with a group of male pals, and was being a perfect gentleman. He was chatting to everyone and got a couple of rounds in at the bar. He seemed to get on really well with Goldie, who took up his invitation."

Well, who would turn down an invitation from the third in line to the throne.

Our mole continued: "They were seen chatting at the bar and were laughing together."

We don't know how the Queen would feel about her grandson spending time with Goldie — but then we weren't expecting Harry to be a fan, so maybe Her Majesty is a drum & bass fan as well.

The source added: "The prince also made a request to meet Dizzee Rascal, and went to his dressing room. Harry immediately cracked a joke, and it was clear from what he was saying that he's listened to Dizzee's albums."

Indeed, 24-year-old Harry broke into lines from Dizzee's No1 hit Bonkers in front of the startled rapper, also 24, and then told him that his 27-year-old brother Prince William was also a big fan.

Earlier in the day Harry had spent a lot of his time in the Live Nation VIP area. He arrived with four pals and immediately got into the beers.

Our spy told us: "He looked very chilled and was obviously having a great day. Everyone was staring at him, because they could not believe that he was really there, but he was being really friendly to everyone."

We always knew he was a prince of the people.
