Hugh and Jemima keep 'affair' under wraps while Rhys and Sienna look as loved-up as ever

With their love affair reportedly back on, Hugh Grant and Jemima Khan appear to be going to great lengths to avoid being seen together.

The couple, renowned for their volatile relationship, were spotted arriving at a pre-Bafta party in London on Friday night - in seperate cars.

Just weeks after leaving Khan's west London apartment separately, the duo seem determined to keep their affair under wraps.

Happy couple: Sienna Miller and Rhys Ifans show no sign of slowing down

Also among the celebrity guestlist was golden couple Sienna Miller and Rhys Ifans, Hollywood beauty Thandie Newton, actress Emma Thompson and Atonement star James Macavoy.

Macavoy had much to celebrate as the star looks set to clean up at the upcoming Baftas, with Atonement being nominated for 14 awards, including best actor.

Miller and Ifans' relationship showed no sign of strain though, after reportedly being on the verge of splitting when Miller refused to marry the Notting Hill actor, as they later headed off to the exclusive Groucho Club, where they stayed until the early hours.

The drinks were clearly flowing at the star-studded event, held at London's Cecconis restaurant, as even the older and wiser emerged looking a little worse for wear.

Thompson, dressed in a white trouser suit, looked rather flushed as she left the party in seemingly good spirits.

The Baftas ceremony, hosted by Jonathan Ross, will be broadcast around the world and on the BBC in the UK on Sunday 10 February.
