'I took crack cocaine to shame my addict mum,' says Jade Goody in shocking new book

Jade Goody has revealed she smoked crack cocaine in a bid to shock her mum out of her own addiction to drugs.
The cancer-stricken Big Brother star, 27, smoked her mother's stash of the deadly drug in front of her - in a desperate attempt to encourage her to give up drugs.
However the experience only left Goody feeling 'dirty and disgusting' while failing to stop her mum Jackiey's addiction.
'I decided to show her (Jackiey) how nasty and heartbreaking it was to see a member of your family - your own flesh and blood - killing themselves in front of your eyes,' Goody reveals in her new autobiography, Jade: Catch A Falling Star.

The mother-of-two, who is preparing for a hysterectomy this week after being diagnosed with cervical cancer, has always condemned crack and heroin abuse after seeing her parents become drugs addicts.
But when Goody was 20 and an unknown dental nurse, she experimented herself.
She stormed into the living room of her family home in Bermondsey, South-East London, where she found her mum smoking crack.
Despite Jackiey's refusal to hand her daughter the drug, Goody persisted, taking some of her mother's crack, placing it in a Rizla paper to make a joint and smoking it.
'I felt dirty and disgusting, "How does it make you (Jackiey) feel watching me do this?" I asked,' Goody said.
Unfortunately the incident failed to have the desired effect as Jackiey was far too hooked.

In the end it was Goody's own body response which saved her as the drug left her feeling ill.
'I couldn't even smoke it all, it made me feel too ill. I ran to the toilet, stuck my fingers down my throat and made myself sick, and sick, and sick,' she said.
Goody was so angry following the episode, she shut herself in her bedroom for two days, bashed her head repeatedly against the wall and pulled out her hair so hard, it left her scalp 'red raw'.
She was so frustrated by her mother's continuing addiction, she stormed once more into the lounge, grabbed Jackiey by the throat and pushed her hard up against the wall, almost choking her.
Her mother eventually began to retaliate and they had a full-on fight which went on for half-an-hour and left Goody with a black eye.
'It had got to the point where I'd asked her (Jackiey) to choose either me or the crack - and she'd chosen the crack,' Goody said.
The troubled star's father was also addicted to drugs and died in 2005 aged 42 from a suspected heroin overdose.
This latest shocking revelations comes just weeks after Goody was told she has cervical cancer.
Before starting chemotherapy and radiotherapy, she will have an exploratory operation to find out if the cancer has moved to any other part of her body, or her blood.
Goody became an overnight success in 2002 after appearing on Big Brother 3.
She went on to make millions through a series of lucrative deals which included more reality TV shows, fitness DVDs and her own perfume brand.
However her fame turned into notoriety overnight following an ill-advised return to the house that made her famous.
During last year's Celebrity Big Brother, which Goody appeared on along with Jackiey and boyfriend Jack Tweed, her tirade against Indian contestant Shilpa Shetty sparked an international racism storm.
