I want an IVF baby with my fifth husband... after I've posed for Playboy, says surgically remodelled Brigitte Nielsen

After beating her alcohol demons and improving her figure with the help of surgery, Brigitte Nielsen has set her sights on having another baby.

The Danish actress, 45, underwent a facelift, liposuction and a breast lift live on German TV last month.

After conquering her alcoholism last year, Nielsen is determined to give her fifth husband Mattia Dessi a baby - despite already being the mother of four.

Nielsen credits her Italian husband Dessi, 30, with helping her find sobriety and wants to give him a thank you in the form of a child.

She tells the new issue of Hello! magazine: 'It's thanks to Mattia - he doesn't smoke or drink - that I've changed my life and become a sane, serene person.

'We want to try IVF. it's asking a lot, but if it's possible, it would make our package complete.'

Nielsen is already mother to Julian, 24; Killian, 19; Douglas, 15; and Raoul, 13.

The Red Sonja actress, who was married to Sylvester Stallone in the 1980s, decided to undergo surgery to improve her already striking looks after leaving rehab last year.

Describing her surgery, she said: 'I'd cleaned up on the inside and wanted to freshen up.

'I had it done in Germany because they try to stick to your natural look. In America, no disrespect to the plastic surgeons - everyone comes out looking the same.'

The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant is so pleased with her new, improved look, she is planning to show off her figure for Playboy magazine.

She explained: This December it will be 20 years since my last Playboy shoot. So back in LA, I'll get a personal trainer and tone up. If my body's in good shape, I want to show people I worked hard at it.'

The full interview with Nielsen is in the new issue of Hello! magazine, on sale now.
