And although she refused to discuss the bitter battle directly she insisted she was not having a fling her personal trainer Ben Amigoni.
She told a US TV programme: "I'm a good mother, I'm a good person. I fell in love for the right reason. I fell in love unconditionally.
"I haven't got a lover. At the moment, I'm focusing on my daughter. It's totally made up!"
Asked if she would ever marry again, she said: "Never."
Strangers are showing their support for Heather Mills in her divorce battle by hugging her in the street, she said.
"I didn't know that many people cared. You get to know who your friends are and I haven't lost any friends."
And she insisted the media's perception of her as cold was wrong. "Of course I have a sense of humour. People don't get to see that side of me," she said.
She denied suggestions she was a gold digger, saying: "Eighty-five percent of my income goes to my charity. The word gold digger doesn't go with that. If I was a gold digger, I would have a lot of money in my bank account...I'd be worth millions and millions."
The charity campaigner believes her greatest accomplishment is her three-year-old daughter, Bea. She said: "I tried for a long, long time...two ectopic pregnancies and six miscarriages. They told me I could never have children."
She added her "crazy awful childhood" had shaped her as a mother. "It's made me so protective," she said.
She also said her recent spoke about her weight loss, saying: "It's the vegan...but of course I've been anxious."
The full interview, which took place in Los Angeles will be aired tomorrow and Tuesday in the US.
